It’s often been said that organizations don’t fail, leaders do. And the reality is that as leaders we all have gaps. If our organizations, churches, and businesses are going to last the test of time and have the ability grow, develop, and change…we have to shift from the old paradigm of leadership to the new.
I found this list of outdated leadership practices from Mike Myatt helpful in assessing where we are and giving us the ability to create a roadmap for shifting our leadership paradigm. Making this shift can be the difference between remaining ineffective and outdated in our leadership OR creating a culture of leadership that will have lasting impact.
