Here’s a novel idea…if you lack wisdom & don’t know what to do; ask God.
Think about it…the One who has all the wisdom we will ever need…has given us a formula for when we lack it. And it’s really quite simple.
“If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.” James 1:5
It’s amazing to think that the all knowing, all powerful God is willing to generously give us wisdom if we will only ask. Yet time and time again, instead of asking God for wisdom, I find myself relying on my own intuition, perception, and advice from others. Now, when you ask God for wisdom He may answer you through others advice. He may choose to use your own intuition or give you some unique awareness.
Either way, next time you lack wisdom in a situation & you don’t have the answer…ask God. You never know, He may surprise you and give you wisdom beyond your comprehension.
