I love Jesus, my wife, and my three kids. I’m a dad of a multi-ethnic family, adoption advocate, and pastor. I love to help people reach their God-given potential.

Eric serves as the Executive/Teaching Pastor at Riverside Church in Fort Myers, FL. In this position, he is responsible for the overall strategy of the church, leadership development of the team, and ensuring that everyone is “pushing” in the same direction to move the ball down the field. Prior to joining Riverside, Eric served at Cross Pointe Church and 12Stone Church in Atlanta for nearly 11 years.

Eric has been described as an innovative leader that uses team building abilities, creativity, & a strategic mindset to positively impact the Church of Jesus Christ. Eric’s passionate about seeing churches reach their Kingdom potential. He is a strategist and coach that utilizes his gifts to develop and empower leaders. Eric is a communicator, leadership coach, ministry consultant, and co-author of Turbocharged!: 100 Simple Secrets to Successful Preschool Ministry
