Volunteers are the lifeblood of every healthy ministry. If everything rises and falls on leadership, then the effectiveness of the local church is determined by the quality of its volunteers.
When pastors are helping people find and serve in their sweet spot the church is at its best. When volunteers serve according to their gifts & passions in alignment with the vision of the local church…it truly is an unstoppable force.
This past Sunday, we honored our incredible team of volunteers at Cross Pointe. Without them our church could not exist. We put together this video, with the help of Dare Dreamer, to let our volunteers know that they are the CHAMPIONS!
