Jesus, examine my heart. Show me where my leadership motives are not pure. Open my eyes to the needs surrounding me. Help me to serve those I lead. Show me how I can make a difference today. I want to lead from a servants heart. Grant me the wisdom needed to navigate every challenge I will face. In Your Name, I ask, Amen.
