That’s why Jesus calls us to die to ourselves in order to be effective leaders in His church.
If we are going to lead ourselves, it is imperative we have a plan for personal growth. Every leader needs to take the time to examine themselves and see where they need to grow and then develop a plan to get there. The greatest victory you can win as a leader is victory over yourself.
