Officiating Your Wedding

I am an ordained minister currently serving as a Lead Pastor in Augusta, GA. I have been a pastor for over 25 years and have conducted countless wedding ceremonies. Your wedding day should create lasting memories for you and your family as you celebrate your new life together.

I would enjoy working with you to create a wedding ceremony that celebrates your unique love story. In order to do everything I can to provide you with a meaningful and personal ceremony, I prefer to meet personally with each couple (either in person or via video call) to discuss your expectations for your wedding day. This will include planning the order of your service, choosing your vows, and any other special elements (unity candle, sand ceremony, first communion, etc.) that you wish to have as part of your ceremony. 

Next steps would be to set up a time when you and your fiancé are available to meet (in person or video call) and discuss your special day. I can then send you some sample wedding options that include the declaration of intent, wedding vows, & exchange of rings to design the ceremony that you prefer.

It is important to note that my complete wedding policy can be downloaded below. Part of this policy states that I do require pre-marital counseling before officiating a wedding. I will be happy to conduct the pre-marriage counseling. I am a certified “Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts” facilitator. Couples may also choose to participate in pre-marital counseling with a trained counselor or pastor of their choosing.
